Go Fuck Yourself language – A Short Story

She, as a recent emigre, earnestly said
“Aussies are quite friendly, without actually meaning it.
They always say “Hi, how are you?”.

I agreed, replying half-jokingly
“Yeah, they pull a sullen face the moment they look away.”

She nodded in agreement.

I continued with a broad grin
“And hence, we should create a new language Go Fuck Yourself.
Anytime someone says ‘hi, how are you’, we should say ‘go fuck yourself’ in jest.
Respond to ‘what are you up to’ with ‘I’m up to fuck all’.
Basically, pepper every response with a discomposing ‘fuck’.

She burst out laughing, quipping “/you’ve got a foul tongue” while steadying herself from the incessant laughter.

I laughed along thinking how Seinfeld-esque the joke was.
