Rosebud - The Poem

Verse:

Rosebud holds the key to life,
And the lushness of rosebud insinuates the fecundity of love and life.

Rosebud protects the giver of lives,
And it itself is a part and parcel of many lives,
But, without life, it hardly thrives.

Rosebud regularly whiffs the odor of Niles,
Yet, the only practical organ it has is its pouty lips.
Rosebud, as an entity, is almost impractical,
Even so its practicality is immeasurable.

Rosebud doesn’t show off much,
Yet it’s one of the most widely viewed things;
Its subjectification increases its importance,
While its objectification diminishes its stature;
The most ugliest-looking,
Yet the most prized one,
Nothing like it, nothing more vital than it.

Great philosophers have been mystified by its enchanting and enduring charm,
And it still continues to amaze people, day in day out
Managing to stretch the imagination of its captives beyond the bounded limits of creative thinking,
And yet it doesn’t ever fail to ensnare them in its labyrinth of strands,
Such is the lure of rosebud, such is the case of rosebud.
